Supernatural Skill – Dragon
It’s commonly known that Dragons are obsessed with treasure. While most think it’s due to an innate greed and desire for valuables (which isn’t necessarily incorrect), Dragons require exotic and valuable components to craft their greatest works. Determine the difficulty (extended action) and time frame per roll (scope) based on the work the Dragon is attempting (GM discretion). With little more than their bare hands, Dragons can bring about wonders that rival even the treasures of Heaven with enough time and skill. Lastly, Dragons do not require tools to create items and add their Supernatural Power to all rolls to complete construction of an Artifact. Most Dragons are also capable crafters in the mundane world as well.
Dragons are capable of shifting into a form that perfect resembles a human and cannot be defeated, even through magical scrutiny. The only weakness in a Dragon’s ability to shapeshift is when they call upon their true power, during which a part of their body reverts back to their true form. Dragons in their true form have claws and a bite attack which deal their Supernatural Power in damage.
In line with the tales of old, Dragons often utilize their potent ability to wield fire and otherwise superheat the area around them. Dragons can attempt to affect multiple targets (+4 difficulty per additional target) or affect an entire area (+4 for a room, +8 for a house, etc). As a result of their command of this ability, Dragons themselves are immune to all fire and other maladies caused by high temperatures.
Powerful creatures in their own right even when transformed into Human forms, Dragons are capable of trading punches with even the toughest of all Supernatural Creatures. Dragons can take an action to roll their Vitality + Dragon / Superhuman Prowess + Supernatural Power. Every difficulty tier grants him a +1 step bonus on all physical attributes for the duration of the scene (+1 step easy, +2 step average, +3 step hard, etc).
Dragons take only Stun damage from all attacks not performed with their Bane or another weapon that is capable of harming them. As a result, Dragons cannot be killed by any means other than their Bane although a healthy ass-beating will put them out of commission for a while.
While their senses are typically as keen as other supernatural creatures. Dragons specialize in understanding the world around them. Roll the dragon’s Alertness + Dragon / Supernatural Sense with a difficulty determined by the GM. On a success, the Dragon can determine one property of a scrutinized target. This can be anything from how a machine works, to what an object is made out of, to whether or not a person is a virgin.
Bane – Dragonsblood Weapons
Dragons are vulnerable to weapons quenched in the blood of other Dragons. While rare, these weapons always deal Wound damage.
